Axiom Evaluations is always looking for highly qualified providers in all health care disciplines who would like to become part of our network. Currently we provide services throughout the state of Michigan.

Some of the benefits of becoming an Axiom Evaluations network provider include:

  • We handle all parts of the IME administrative process, reducing your overhead for the medical-legal services you want to perform

  • Perform services in an Axiom Evaluations facility or in your private office

  • Perform services on an as-needed basis or set up a regular schedule with us

  • No-cost dictation/transcription service is available

  • You will always personally review and sign all dictated and transcribed reports

  • Prompt payment for services rendered

  • Medical records are organized based on your preferences and provided to you in advance of the IME

  • Axiom can arrange for diagnostic testing if required to complete your opinion
